Outlook files vanished

I was on a website and minimized it to go to my contact list in outlook to
get an email address, when I did a dialogue box popped up about allowing me
back into outlook, I don't know what I clicked on but when I finally got back
into Outlook it was all blank meaning nothing in the inbox, sent folder,
contacts, deleted folder etc...... HELP!!!! what did I do and how do I fix it?

Please repost your question in a newsgroup supporting Outlook; this group is
for a different program, Microsoft Access. The webpage can be confusing and
may have misled you. Scroll down the list of subjects and find one for
Outlook; it will help to post your version of Outlook and of Windows.
