outlook find command does not display results

Hi,

Recently I migrated my exchange 5.5 database to a new
server in a new location. Since then, users are unable to
use the find command to search for emails on the server.
Searching through a local PST file works fine. The find
dialogue box doesn't display results UNTIL you hit the
STOP button.

Any ideas?
