outlook flags should be named (needs action, follow-up) not by co.

anyone (except those who are color blind) can see what color the flags are in
Outlook. Rather than name them "Red Flag" Blue Flag", etc...let's give them
better names! "Today"..."Information/Reference"..."Needs
Action"..."Personal"..."Home"..."Office"...at minimum, there should be a
feature that the user can personalize their own flag names.
