How can I alter the font, colour and use Bold in the folder titles in
Outlook. Some appear like that others do not

You can't AFAIK - the folders in bold contain unread messages....

You can't change the folder fonts and colors. Bold names means it contains
unread messages - so mark one unread and it will be bolded. .
