I have a user who is complaining because I set up auto-
archiving and after I did this it changed the order in
which the Outlook folders appear.
Before, when the user opened Outlook 2002 (with the
Outlook folder list view), the "Outlook Today--Last Name,
First Name (mailbox)" would appear on top and then under
that the user had the next set of expandable folders
or "Personal Folders". (NOTE: Mail is not kept on the
server, but is stored in a *.pst).
After I set up auto archiving, now when the user opens
Outlook 2002, it says "Archive Folders" (which is really
the personal folder just renamed) on the top, and then
underneath that it says "Outlook Today--Last Name, First
Name (mailbox)".
The user wants it back to the original setting
with "Outlook Today--Last Name, First Name (mailbox)" on
top and "Archive Folders" underneath that.
Is there a way to reverse the order without turning off
Auto archiving?
Thanks
