Outlook for Mac 2011

Looking at the screenshots of Outlook 2011 for Mac (see link below) which is
still in development, it would appear that we will lose the NNTP newsgroup
reading and posting capabilities available in Entourage. While this is more
consistent with Outlook for the PC it seems like a step backward in that we
will be losing some functionality that currently exists. This is making me
re-evaluate whether to continue to use Entourage for newsgroups or to
transition to Unison for monitoring the NNTP newsgroups.

Hi Megabyte,

You'll have to ask the MS folks about this. a) they usually don't post
here and b) I doubt they would comment at this point anyway :-\

While this is more

I never really thought of Entourage as a good nntp client (though I
understand that it makes it convenient to have nntp right there in the
same app as your e-mails).
I've used dedicated nntp clients for as long as I can remember.
MacSoup has been my favorite for a very long time (and a lot of
features are still unrivalled as of today), but I recently decided to
migrate to Unison 2.0 (still a bit buggy and has some limitations, but
a newer look and feel and better integration makes it worth it for me).
