Outlook for MAC using a POP mail Server

When will Outlook (NOT OUTLOOK EXPRESS) be available for
MAC when using a POP email server. I now that a Intel
Windows PC is enabled to run Outlook on a POP server.

When will Outlook (NOT OUTLOOK EXPRESS) be available for

Outlook has been discontinued. It was never meant to access a non-Exchange
server, and will not in the future.

Entourage can access both an Exchange server (if configured properly) and a
POP server.
