outlook for visa

I have windows visa with windows mail installed. windows mail giving me
problems can I download anyone of the outlook mail? does outlook work with
visa

Outlook 2003 & 2007 is fully compatible with Vista
You have to buy Outlook or an Office version that includes Outlook - NB not
all Office versions include Outlook

That's "Vista", not "visa". If you're a home user and cannot get Windows
Mail to work, it's unlikely you'll get Outlook to work, since they both use
the same settings for POP/SMTP access (as will any POP/SMTP client).
