On a Win9x machine running Office 2000 I regularly have to clear the form
cache in order to access custom forms. This appears to be a problem with just
a couple of users but I am puzzled why I need to do this so often (weekly). I
have cleared the cache througth Tools > options... etc. and I have deleted
the .dat file and reopened Outlook but the problem doesn't stay away too
long. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You didn't say where the forms are published. If they're in more than one
location, Outlook 2000 will definitely tend to acquire forms cache
corruptions periodically.

I am not sure if I understood your question exactly, but all of the forms are
stored in the same location. Do you have any other suggestions?

THANKS VERY MUCH!

What "same location" would that be?

They are in the Organizational forms library on a 2000 Exchange server. Is
that the information that you are looking for?
