Where did you publish the form? What do you mean by "forward only the
subject information"?

Sue I hae your book
I am running Outlook XP

I Publish the form in Outlook folders\Inbox
What I mean By Forward Only. In Design mode for the form I
change the Forward action to do not include original
message.

A message form called by an action on the (Actions) page must be published
to the Organizational Forms library or the Personal Forms library,
preferably the former. You can't use a form published in the Inbox.

Ok! This is what I am attempting to accomplish.

We have a designated mailbox which redirects email to a
pager of all P1 (Priority 1) cases. The Paging service
charge is character base and has become a cost issue.

I would like to create a form that will only send the
subject line to the pager form the designated mailbox. Is
this doable?

This Rule/Custom form will only apply to the designated
account.
