Outlook Format Change

Does anyone know if you can change the calender format view in order to
display a contact name and phone number to appear on the scheduled event
whether it be a meeting or phone call etc??

You'd have to put that information in the Subject or Location fields. It can
be done with a little custom VBA code. For an example, see
