Outlook format problem

Hi,

I have Outlook 2003 on XP. Outlook is configured to use HTML format for
outgoing email and use Word as editor for user A, B and C. User A send an
email to B and C. B receives the email with the same format as A. C receives
the email in “squished†format, no lines between paragraphs, however when C
hits reply, the lines appear and the format is correct.

I think there must be a configuration in Outlook, but don't know what is it.
Need help!
