Using Outlook XP on W2k workstation. The format for email has been preset to
RTF and both lines about Word editor has been have been unchecked. After a
couple of months, the settings go back to HTML with Word as editor. The user
is not changing it. I doubt she would know how. Has anyone had issues with
this?
