Outlook forwarding

I have a customer who recieves regular emails from Hong Kong. When
forwarding these emails to others, recipients do not get previous message
text or any comments, autosignatures etc. added by the forwarder. Forwarded
Message saved in sent items is also blank. Have checked options and
"include previous text" is switched. Version is 2002 . Anyone got any ideas
as to why this might be happening.

There must be some sort of protection on the email which prevents it being
forwarded, I know some companies use this so that sensitive information is
not distributed.

Only if your mail client and transport support it.
