Outlook freezes up on start up

I am using Outlook 2000 in corporate workgroup mode with
Exchange Server 5.5. When I try to access my Exchange
Administrator's mail, Outlook freezes up on me (not
responding). It would appear as if the previoew pane is
on, and I was thinking that this was the problem. However,
I used the .....no preview switch and it still locks up, I
am able to get into the administrator mailbox on my
personal Outlook client (as the administrator mailbox is
set up as an additional mailbox.) and delete all the
unwanted crap that ends up there. I am also not having
problems with any of the other mailboxes on the system.
