Outlook freezes up when I try to get to Global address book

When I hit the "To" button to bring up my global address book, Outlook
freezes up.
Any thoughts out there?

I'd start by trying to remove the Outlook Address Book service from the mail
profile and then readd it. If it won't remove, then I'd make a new mail
profile.
