Outlook freezes when doing email.

Outlook freezes when doing email. Have to turn computer off and restart. "A
program is trying to access email addresses..." appears while restarting.

Have you checked the "Windows Task Manager" to see if "Outlook" is still
running in the backround? That happens to me and if I select "Outlook" and
push the "End process" button, the new request for Outlook will finish
opening. I'm running Windows XP w/ Outlook 2002 sp3. I'm looking for WHY it
happens.
