I am using Outlook 2002 SP3
Outlook was working fine for few days. Then the next day I tried to open an
e-mail attachment and outlook froze up. The task manager said it was not
responding so I had to end the task. Next I tried to put an attachment to an
e-mail and again Outlook froze up and again I had to end the task through
task manager. All other progarams seem to be working OK. I then configured
Outlook Express and tried to use it to look at attachments - it worked! I
can receive/send mail with both programs but still Outlook "locks up" if I
try to look at or make an attachment. All other aspects of Outlook seem to
be working.
