Outlook freezes when mail has attachment

Hello all,

I have written about this problem before (and someone
replied and it worked). However, it is occurring again
and I can't find the advice.

When I receive mail with an attachment, I select the item
and my whole Outlook freezes. Each and every time.

The person who gave me advice before suggested that I
change my settings. I did (whatever they were) and it
worked.

Anyone have an idea what settings I need to change to
alleviate this problem?

Thanks so much! I need to be able to see attachments!
