We're running Outlook 2002 on a Windows 2000 Terminal Server with
Service Pack 4.
When a user adds an attachment to an e-mail, and tries to open the
attachment from the e-mail, the user gets the Open/Save as dialog box,
but at that point their session freezes.
This only occurs when using word as the e-mail editor. When using the
native Outlook e-mail editor, its fine.
Is this a known issue and is there a fix for it?
How do I change the default settings so that users use the native editor
instead of word?
