Every time I try to access "To:" or "Contacts" to access the email address of
the individual to whom I'm writing, Outlook freezes with an hour glass. I am
unable to do anything except hit control-alt- delete and then an error
message is sent to Microsoft (for whatever that's worth) and the program
closes. If I know the email address of the person I'm emailing then Outlook
works fine. Thanks for
any help.
