When I try to print or switch printers in outlook or internet explorer the
program freezes. I tracked it down to a printer that is shared out on
another persons computer. When they turn thier computer off I cannot
print to any printer or switch printers. It works fine when thier
computer is on. The shared printer is not the default printer. I am
running windows 2000 sp 4, outlook 2000 sp3, internet explorer 6.
