Outlook hanging up

I just did MS most recent update. Now when I conect to
Outlook XP I get my mail on all accounts right away -
after minumizing it and surfing the web I then return to
Outlook and send/recieve my account hangs up at 33% (only
1 of my 3 e-mail accounts will download) - It is a
different account each time - not just the default - It
seems to not be a ISP problem via trace route - Can
anyone help????? Thanks for your time....

Try disabling the built-in Windows firewall to see if that's interfering.
