outlook hangs at reply to html email

HELP! Hope someone can help with this...it's so
frustrating. Outlook 2000/2002 hangs when I reply or
forward an html email but not for any other email. Is
there a way to fix this problem? It takes at least 20-30
seconds for the reply or forward email to open up. I have
all the latest updates. I have 37Gig free on the HD and
256RAM. Thanks for any help

You may have more success if you post to an Outlook newsgroup since
that's where the Outlook gurus hang out. This newsgroup is dedicated
to Word application errors. :)
