Outlook hangs at start-up. Corrupted profile?

F

Freaky

Hey there,

We recently downloaded Outlook 2001 for use with our 2003 Exchange server.
We installed it on 2 Mac's. On one of them it runs fine. However, the other
occasionally has problems. The user opens Outlook like 8-10 times every day.
Atleast once a day Outlook won't start. It will just freeze at the start-up
logo. We have to remove the profile from the preferences so Outlook will
prompt us to create a new profile on start-up. This will fix it. But I was
hoping someone could point me out what causes this, as the user is getting
pretty annoyed having to recreate the profile 1 a 2 times each day. Was sort
of hoping this would be a known problem, but I couldn't found anything about
it in the knowledge base (then again, I don't know anything about Mac's so I
might be searching the wrong criteria).

Happy christmas days and a good new year.

TIA
