outlook hangs when i press reply or new

Hi,

I'm experiencing this weird problem.
It started when i tried to reply to one of my email.
Outlook said it needs to download some information from server othe
than my email server, and i pressed ok. then it halted.
Since then, whenever i press reply or new, it shows a little alert bo
sayinig something like "starting word as your email editor" and i
hangs.
I could not close outlook normally, so i had to goto task manager t
force it closed.
I tried everything but i could not fix this prob, so i formatted m
comp and re-installed windows and office.
Did same thing, and samething happened again.
Before i pressed reply button for the particular message, everythin
worked ok.
If i goto option and uncheck the box "using word as email editor", i
works fine, but i really wanna use word as my email editor....

It happens always when you try to reply to one specific message? That
really sounds like that message is infecting your computer with some
kind of malware.

Do you have antivirus and antispyware installed?
