Outlook hangs when starting with BCM enabled

I just install SBA and I am having issues with Outlook starting with the BCM
enabled. When starting Outlook just hangs and never starts. So I cancel the
process, then on next restart Outlook disables the BCM (with a prompt). Then
Outlook opens. I am running in Cached mode and the ost file is very large.
(1.2 GB)

Any ideas??

Try a new profile.
Also make sure that Outlook and BCM are updated
