Outlook hangs when "update scheduling Information" in a meeting re

Hi,
When one of my users tries to create a new meeting request and adds the
attendees, outlook locks up whilst "updating schedule information". If
Outlook is then opened with the clean freebusy switch it will work normally
for that outlook session. If restart Outlook again normally the problem
reoccurs. I'm running Windows 2000 Prof, and Outlook 2000 SP3.
Has anyone seen this before?
