Pretty consistently and on a variety of machines, I find that after I close
outlook (using the exit patch) it doesn't really go away. The ICON on the
system bar (next to the time) does not go away. I can kill it with
taskmanager but then I get duplicate messages next time I launch Outlook.
If I remove the account that is doing ssl, the problem does not happen.
I'm curious to know if anyone else sees this behavior and if there is a
forthcomming fix from Microsoft.
