Outlook Hangs

[Hrishikesh]

All users outlook gets hang when they received email from
Administrator for Delivery / Read receipt or Mailbox
warnings.
Emails works fine if they are acceses through Outlook Web
Access.

Please help me if somebody knows the solution.
