Outlook Hangs

Just migrated users in NT4 domain from Lotus to Exchange2000. We installed
Outlook 2000Sr1 on everyone's computer and we are having a problem on
several of the PCs with Outlook hanging on exit or log off. I have tried the
typical uninstall reinstall and repair of Office with no success and also
have tried logging into different profiles on the same machine without any
change and also have tried installed SR3

Suggestions???
