Outlook has no background

When I open a secondary window, such as adding a new contact or
calendar event, it's as if the window is transparent. Outlook doesn't
seem to repaint the forms color. Does anyone know what's going on.

You can see the calendar and stuff in the background. Trying to edit
contacts it horrible.

Ignore this post, sorry for the spam. I was curious so I changed my XP
Theme to a standard XP one instead of the modified one I had, and it
works fine now.
