Outlook has "slipped" down the page about 1 inch

Outlook has slipped down the page so that the scrool bar at the bottom of the
page is not available. I have tried to click and hold the top bar to move it
up but to no avail. I do not know of any setting that would cause this. All
other programs are working fine, using the entire monitor. Only Outlook is
behaving strangely.

If you're not running in maximized/full screen mode, you should be able to
resize the window by "grabbing" one of the the upper corner. Make it smaller
so it fits. Then double click on the title bar to maximize it, or use the
maximize button. This is true for all resizable windows.

Try double clicking the top bar and see if that maximizes the window.

Thank you - that took care of it. This has bugged me for a long time and
within a short time this Discussion Group solved the problem.
