Outlook has stopped responding

Outlook has stopped responding despite downloading the updates. I have
reloaded both e-mail addresses I use but to no avail.

I have a lot of information stored within various folders so I am very
loathe to re-install.

Reinstalling shouldn't affect your folders, but to be safe, you can always
make a copy of your PST in some other folder.
