Outlook Hijacked???

I am completely perplexed. I have outlook 2002. Here is what is happening
when outlook is opened:

When I click on my Inbox, I can see my messages on the right hand pane.
When I move to a different folder it will display the items in that folder
for a couple of seconds and then control will switch back to the inbox. It
does not matter which folder I click on it will return to the inbox.

It also does this when I have an IE session open. Except in this case it
will switch back to outlook to the primary folder.

I have made no system changes. This is running on my laptop and video
drivers have not changed..

Try a detect and repair (help menu) - get your Outlook/Office installation
media handy just in case.
