Outlook.hol - import the time specific event

If I want to import events on certain days, but specify a time relating to
that event, instead of the entire day being allocated, how can I adjust the
Outlook.hol file to do this?

You can't. The hol file import feature can't do it. Use an Excel
spreadsheet or a csv file instead.
