Glad to see that one of my major gripes about Outlook has already been under
discussion for several years - certainly long enough for MS to find a
solution. It is a given that it is not the business of MS to force a
business practice on clients. There really is a real business, economic
reason to be able to directly print a portion of a long message from Outlook
- it is often necessary to print out an on-line order confirmation or receipt
in order to enclose a hard copy with merchandise that is being returned, or
to file for a non-online rebate on a purchase. It is just plain silly for
the customer to be deprived of such a simple convenience. Does anyone know
whether MS has even entertained the possibility of making the change?
