I have a user here who is having difficulty receiving email messages in HTML
format. I have troubleshooted this as much as I can and I have found that it
is usually when the user receives a Word document embedded into an email that
the graphics in the document do not show up, instead the user receives a box
with a red X. All the settings for the user are just like everyone else, who
can get these same messages with no issue. Please Help!
BTW: I am running Office XP
