Outlook --I can't delete messages in my inbox.

An error message displays "a messaging interface has
returned an unknown error" If problem persist,restart
Outlook.

I've restarted Outlook that didn't work. Ive reloaded
Outlook onto my PC. That hasn't worked either

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
