Outlook icon go to hidden tray instead of other tray?

Why when minimized, does the Outlook 2003 icon go to the hidden tray on the
right side of the taskbar instead of the center of the task bar like all
other programs do. Also, why does Outlook 2003 run in "Processes" instead of
"Applications" in the Windows Task Manager as all other programs do? I did
not have these problems until I upgraded to Outlook 2003 from Outlook 2002.

You can turn off the ability to only minimize to the system tray. Right
click on the tray icon and uncheck the "Hide when Minimized" option.

The Application list typically only shows items on the taskbar. So if you
turn the hide option off, Outlook will show up in the Applications list.
