Outlook Identity

Hi

My computer at work has been changed and the new one has been used before.
I wish to use Outlook Express and Outlook. Both these have the previous
users name on the title bar and his address book. How can I change these to
my name and my address book. Also, how can I set the address book for both
Outlook and Outlook Express to the same?
