Outlook Import New Assignments

When I click Import New Assignments I get "You don't have any assignments to
update." In Project Server I see the 2 tasks listed. The same problem
happens for my colleague. I did check the Server Configuration (Integration
with Spreadsheet). My Outlook test connection works and I adjust to import
tasks 8 months ahead.

Any ideas ? Thanks.

The project was set up as follows:
- Open MS Project and create Enterprise Account
- Open stand alone project file (Firearms Project Plan.mpp)
- Import Project to Enterprise
- Build Team from Enterprise
- Assign resources to each task
- Publish All Information to PS

I didn't get this resolved although I haven't spent much time on it since.
I am reinstalling MS projetct server on a win2003 box soon. I'll tell you if

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the update. Since I wrote you I fixed it. (kind of). I found a
Log error on the server for every time I tried to Import the assignments. It
was looking for a value in a field called "@include_locked" in the
MSP_PDS_GetAvailableAssignments stored procedure.

No place in the system could I find where a value was passed to this field.
(I believe it was added to the store procedure fromthe Service Pack 1) So I
ripped out the reference to the field and tried again. All is well now.

Thanks a million ! That worked. I am sure the parameter needs to be there
but this solution will suffice for now ;)

Hi Peter,

Glad it worked for you too. If you ever figure out what that parameter is
supposed to get populated, please let me know. I searched this site and
Googled it extensively and found nothing on it.
