Outlook in a Citrix Environment

I have outlook in a citrix environment. When i login via a
terminal and attempt to email a word document saved in my
home directory, it brings me to the Internet setup wizard.
I have outlook in an Exchange environment. Outlook doesn't
seem to be set as the Default Mail client and i made sure
it was set by going to in in IE. ANY ideas?
