Outlook in Citrix

I have Outlook XP setup as a published application on a
Citrix MFXP FR2 \ Windows 2000 SP2 box. The problem is
when a user minimizes a mail message, it seams as if it
disappears behind the Outlook Main Window. If I minimize
Outlook, then I can see the minimized message. This is not
a problem for our Windows Users because they can use the
Seamless Windows option for their client. For our MAC
users, there is no workaround since Citrix does not have a
seamless windows option available for their client yet.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.
