Outlook Inbox problem viewing subfolders

We have exchange server 5.5 and Outlook 2000 SR-1. I have
an end user here that has a new secretary and her boss
wanted to me to set it up so she can access to his inbox
and all the subfolders that were created in the inbox.

I have given her permission as a publishing editor on the
Inbox and she been given custom delegate permissions which
are publishing editor as well. The problem is when she
goes to access the Inbox she is only able to view not even
half of the 50 subfolders in the inbox.

Does anyone have any suggestions, or know what the problem
might be?
