Outlook information lostin upgrade

After upgrading to MS Office 2003 I lost all the contact and calender
information in outlook. Is there a way to get it back?

I've never known the upgrade of Office to wipe personal data. Assuming that
you where working with POP/IMAP/SMTP accounts in Outlook, please search the
drive for *.pst files. (Note: Not sure what operating system you are using,
but keep in mind that Windows 2000/XP need to be configured to look for
files in hidden/system directories. You need to make sure that the search
looks in these folders since Outlook's data folders are considered
system/hidden.)
