outlook install file

Hello,

I have search through newsgroups history with no luck.

How can I install an "Email account" just by clicking on 1 file.
Not having to do the manual install?

I've tried to use the .ins file, but again, everytime I remove the internet
connection part, it does nothing.

I would like to be able to send a file to a client and them being to just
click on it to configure outlook mail.
