Outlook installation and account creation

I am using SBS 2003 and have installed 14 users of Outlook
2003. On one of my users it will not allow a connection to
the exchange server. I have verified that the connections
are the same as the other clients. I have reinstalled,
fixed, uninstalled, and reinstalled Oulook 2003 and cannot
establis the connection. I installed the program from the
server so there is a connection. I can use shared drives
on the server with the client. I can ping the server. If I
do the commad ipconfig /all it is comparable to my other
clients. I can establish the client's user email on
another client an access thier mail, just not on her or
any other user on this client. Any suggestions greatly
appreciated.

Thanks,
Terry

No, because I wanted to maintain her existing information
on the users folders. If it is user specific why can I not
add a different user to create an account?
