Outlook (installed on a tablet PC) hangs when it is a domain computer

Outlook (installed on a tablet PC) hangs when it is a
domain computer, when the Windows XP Tablet edition is in
workgroup mode this does not happen, the outlook data
files are stil local and the user accounts are not set to
be roaming.

Does anybody have a solution to this?
