Outlook installing problem

While installing Outlook 2007 with Business Contact Manager, my disc will
install Outlook but not the business manager. An error message comes up:
Because the setup program did not install the following component: Microslft
SQL Server 2005 Express (MSSMLB12) a log file is stored in the following
location: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Setup Bootstrap\Log
summary.txt. The error number is 1603. Also when I boot up my computer it
shows a small window that states: SQL DUMPER library failed initialization.
Your installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with. Please
unistall then re-run setup to correct this problem. I did this and I still
have no Business Contact Manager installed. Outlook is working great but
Manager is not install and cannot be installed. Could it be the disc I
purchased?

Usually you have 2 discs. The BCM is on the second one. From where did you purchase
the Outlook 2007 with BCM from

Amazon.com. The box it came in looks very authentic. It even has a
certificate of authenticity with bar codes in which I had to cut to open
container. Says it was made in Puerto Rico. I guess I have been shorted
part of the product. Any suggestions?
